Government funding opportunities are vast in number. Whether it is strategic infrastructure funding, research investagion funding, local development funding or something completely different; there are a dizzying number of schemes and requirements to navigate. - Evaluating the bid documents to create a one pager on what will be important to include (or emphasise) in the bid document
- Meeting with you to assess your idea and capabilities against the bid
- Providing you with a RAG recommendation (Red, Amber, Green) and written report with recommended changes or next steps if we rate you in the amber or green category

Detailed schema analysis
If you are heading into the land of infrastructure funding or strategic government funding you are likely looking to align the activities of your organisation with those of the funder for a period of one year or more. Successful bids will likely require structured project management, adherennce to measurement criteria and impact objectives.
